Terms and Conditions of Reservation at Namaste Elite
Preamble These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between Namaste Elite ('we', 'us') and the guest ('you'). By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in conjunction with any conditions set forth by individual booking platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Reservation implies unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 These Terms supplement any conditions imposed by individual booking platforms.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellations made up to 28 days before the arrival date incur no charges.
2.2. Reservations made within 28 days of the arrival date are non-refundable in their entirety.
2.3. Cancellations made within 28 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
2.4. Bookings not paid on time may be cancelled without notice.
2.5. Reservations made through other platforms will adhere to the cancellation and refund policies of those respective platforms.
3. User Eligibility
3.1 The reservation must be made by a legally competent individual, who guarantees the veracity of the provided information.
4. Prepayment
4.1 Reservations are contingent upon payment approval by the relevant financial institution, via credit card or bank transfer.
5. Reservation Confirmation
5.1 A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email with details and a reservation number.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Your personal information is securely stored and accessed solely for reservation purposes and promotional communication, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
6.2 We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required for reservation fulfillment or by law.
7. Occupancy
7.1 Occupancy is limited to the number of individuals specified in the reservation.
8. Cleaning
8.1 The property is provided in a clean state and should be left in similar condition upon departure.
9. Equipment and Furniture
9.1 Responsibility for maintaining the condition of the property's contents lies with you.
10. Modifications
10.1 We reserve the right to offer an alternative property of similar or superior quality in cases of unforeseen circumstances, at no additional cost.
11. Security Deposit
11.1 A deposit processed via Stripe may be required. This deposit is refundable post-departure inspection. Cash deposits are not accepted.
12. Pet Policy
12.1 Pets may be permitted subject to prior agreement and may incur an additional fee for extra cleaning.
13. No Smoking Policy
13.1 Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Associated disinfection costs will be deducted from the deposit.
14. Check-In Policy
14.1 Standard check-in: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
14.2 Late check-in fees: 35 Euros (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM), 45 Euros (11:00 PM - 12:30 AM).
14.3 Check-ins post 12:30 AM require prior arrangement.
14.4 Early check-ins are subject to availability.
15. Key Management
15.1 Guests are responsible for key custody. In instances of loss or lockout, assistance will be provided, with a call-out fee of 30 Euros, in addition to any locksmith or key replacement costs.
16. Community Respect
16.1 Adherence to the designated number of guests is expected. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
17. Property Access
17.1 We respect your privacy but reserve the right to enter the property in emergencies if contact attempts fail.
18 Limitation of Liability
18.1 Namaste Elite assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal belongings during their stay.
19. Damages
19.1 All damages caused by the guest, either accidental or deliberate, will be charged to the guest. Failure to pay this may result in legal action to recover costs.
20. Jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Namaste Elite operates. Disputes arising hereunder fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
