Booking Terms and Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

  • ACCEPTANCE. –

Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.

  • USER. –

The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

  • PREPAYMENT. –

The system requests a payment of guarantee by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.

  • RESERVATION. –

The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation with its localisation number by email.

  • INFORMATION. –

All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that reservation staff shall exclusively access this information, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client regarding future promotions and deals.

  • OCCUPANTS. –

The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the reservation.

  • CLEANING. –

The apartment shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment clean, without rubbish or leftover food.

  • EQUIPMENT. –

The client commits to leave the apartment in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.

  • MODIFICATIONS. –

We reserve the right to change the hired apartment for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.

  • GUARANTEE. – 

We may charge a deposit on your booking. If this applies to your booking, you will be notified in advance. We do not accept cash for deposits. The deposit is processed by stripe technologies and is completely safe and secure. The deposit will be returned the day of your departure as soon as the apartment has been checked. This will be return in the same way it was received

  •  PETS. –

We may allow some pets. However, this needs to be arranged in advance and a small fee may apply.

This fee is simply to cover the addition costs that may be required for extra cleaning and sanitising.

  • LATE CHECK IN POLICY

Check in is between 14:00 and 21:00.

Late check in from 21:00 to 23:00 will incur a fee of 25 Euros and from 23:00 to 00:30 will incur a fee of 35 Euros.

Check in after 00:30 may not be allowed unless this has been specifically arranged in advance.

Early check will be allowed depending on availability.

  •  KEYS

All guests are responsible for the keys. If you lock yourself out of the apartment for whatever reason or lose the keys. We will do everything we can to solve the problem for you. As we take the safety and security very seriously of all our guests, we have very secure doors. If a locksmith is required or replacement keys are needed, this will be at the sole cost of the guest.

  • INFORMATION TABLETS

We have provided you with an Information tablet during your stay. This tablet is not to be removed from the property.

If it is lost, damaged or missing on checkout. We reserve the right to deduct 85 Euros from your deposit.

  • PARTIES

Each apartment is situated in buildings with other people. So, it is only right to respect the community and always behave in a respectful manner.

We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all our guests, therefore according to social distancing regulations, this apartment is only suitable for the number of guests stipulated in your booking confirmation.

No gatherings of people above the number of guests stipulated in your booking confirmation are allowed.

The building managers are obligated to report any breaches of this rule to the appropriate authorities

  • ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

We respect the privacy of all our guests, and we will not enter the apartment without your knowledge or permission.

However, in the event we have reason to believe either the guest or the property is in danger then we will try and contact you. In the event we cannot contact you, we you may enter the property without your permission.

  • CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

The cancellation policy of the platform where the reservation was made will apply.

If the booking is made directly through our website or directly with us, then the following conditions will apply

On booking confirmation, a 5% deposit is required. This is non-refundable at any time.

Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to arrival date.

If the reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, then the entire reservation is non-refundable. Should a refund be made, it will be returned by the same method as it was done
