Booking Terms and Conditions

In addition to the conditions applied by the individual booking platforms the following will apply.

Cancellation / Refund policy

If you book directly with you will pay a 5% booking fee when you make your reservation. This is non-refundable at any time.
7 days prior to arrival you will be required to pay the full balance.

If the reservation is made less than 7 days prior to check in, then full payment will be required.

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. However, if possible, we may be able to change your dates depending on availability. In this case you may be required to pay any difference in costs.

If you book through any of the other online travel agents such as, AirBnb, Expedia etc. The cancellation policies will be applied accordingly.

If you do not show up for your reservation, the full fee is non-refundable.


We may charge a 100 Euro deposit on your booking. If this applies to your booking, you will be notified in advance.

We do not accept cash for deposits.

The deposit is processed by stripe technologies and is completely safe and secure.

The deposit will be returned the day of your departure as soon as the apartment has been checked.


We may allow some pets. However, this needs to be arranged in advance and a small fee may apply.

This fee is simply to cover the addition costs that may be required for extra cleaning and sanitising.

Late check in policy

Check in is between 14:00 and 21:00.

Late check in from 21:00 to 23:00 will incur a fee of 25 Euros and from 23:00 to 00:30 will incur a fee of 35 Euros.

Check in after 00:30 may not be allowed unless this has been specifically arranged in advance.

Early check will be allowed depending on availability.


All guests are responsible for the keys. If you lock yourself out of the apartment for whatever reason or lose the keys. We will do everything we can to solve the problem for you. As we take the safety and security very seriously of all our guests, we have very secure doors. If a locksmith is required or replacement keys are needed, this will be at the sole cost of the guest.


Each apartment is situated in buildings with other people. So, it is only right to respect the community and always behave in a respectful manner.

We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all our guests, therefore according to social distancing regulations, this apartment is only suitable for the number of guests stipulated in your booking confirmation.

No gatherings of people above the number of guests stipulated in your booking confirmation are allowed.

The building managers are obligated to report any breaches of this rule to the appropriate authorities.
